Is your road on the February round?
We don't serve L28 / Stockbridge Village, Cantril Farm pedestrianised estates, or homes reached only by a pedestrian walkway or cut-through. The van must park at the kerb in sight of your home.

Why three homes?
Tight clusters keep our round short, our van miles low and our prices fair. Three neighbours on one street make a stop worth parking for.
Help your street go live
Reserve, then share the link with two neighbours. Your request is logged now; we'll confirm once your road reaches three — nothing is guaranteed until then.

Why pure water works
The cleanest thing on your windows should be the water.
Deionised to zero
Tap water is filtered through reverse osmosis and resin until no dissolved solids remain. Nothing left in the water means nothing left on the glass.
Spot-free drying
Pure water dries clear — no streaks, no chemical film. If spots appear within 24 hours, we come back and redo it.
Frames, sills & door
Brushes scrub uPVC frames and sills and rinse the front door on every visit. Not an extra. Every clean.
Nothing on your lawn
Carbon poles work from the ground. No ladder feet in your turf or borders, no one at your bedroom window.
No hoses through customer homes. External access only — the van carries 600 litres of pure water, so we never need your tap.
Plain prices
Every 4 weeks. No quote visit. No haggling.
Add-ons: conservatory +£5.00, ground-floor extension +£4.00, Velux +£1.00 each, garage door +£2.00. The rate you reserve is the rate you pay.

Policy & FAQ
Croxteth & Norris Green questions, answered.
Is my L11 slot guaranteed?
Not yet. L11 reservations are held as street-cluster requests. We confirm once 3 homes on your road have reserved, and you pay nothing either way until a clean happens.
How will I know my street is active?
We plan to contact you by SMS or email when your road reaches three homes. No messages are sent automatically by this site today.
Do you need to tap into my water?
No. Our van carries 600 litres of deionised pure water on board, so we never need your outside tap, your kitchen or your mains.
What happens if it rains?
Pure water still works in the rain — rainwater on a properly cleaned, residue-free pane dries far cleaner than you'd expect. Every clean is backed by a 24-hour spot-free guarantee: if marks appear, tell us and we come back.
When do I pay?
Nothing today: reserving costs £0.00 and locks your early street rate. From 25 January 2027, one week before the 1 February launch, eligible assigned reservations get a deposit link for the full agreed first clean including extras (or your individual executive price). It is credited once against that first clean, never charged again. Later 4-weekly billing and payment-method registration are currently simulated only: no real card details are taken and no real money moves.
Will you run hoses through my house?
Never. For equipment safety and insurance we work from outside access only. If there's no side gate or passage to the rear, we clean fronts only at a flat £15.00.
Three postcodes. Tight rounds.
